Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in chocolate-hazelnut spread until evenly distributed.
Stir in chopped hazelnuts until evenly mixed.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
