Get out your food processor and fill it up with drained and rinsed chickpeas.

Add olive oil to the food processor.

Add 2 tablespoons of tahini (or however much you want).

Load in some fresh dill.

Add pickle juice to taste, starting with a little and adding more as needed.

Pulse the food processor to start mixing the ingredients.

Blend until creamy and smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency.

Taste the hummus and check for dill flavor and pickle juice flavor.

If needed, add more pickle juice and salt to taste.

Add more fresh dill if desired and blend again until mixed.
