Using an immersion blender, blend the mixture in an up-and-down motion until the garlic transforms into a smooth, white, creamy consistency.

If you prefer a milder garlic taste, you can blend in 1–2 tablespoons of plain yogurt at this stage.

Once prepared, keep the garlic dip in an airtight container. It will keep for about two weeks in the refrigerator.
