Garlic Aioli

1 lb asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon peppercorn medley
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Wash the asparagus and place it in a mason jar half full of water.

Cover the mason jar with a produce bag and place it in the fridge.

Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and parchment paper.
