Garlic Aioli

4 cloves garlic
extra virgin olive oil
Dijon mustard
cayenne pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Cut the tops off the garlic heads and place them on foil.

Drizzle the garlic with olive oil and wrap them in foil.

Roast the garlic at 425°F for 35 to 45 minutes.

Once roasted, let the garlic cool and squeeze it out of the skins.

In a bowl, combine the roasted garlic, parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
