Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Slice the top off the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.

Drizzle olive oil over the exposed garlic and wrap it in foil.

Roast the garlic in the oven for 30-35 minutes until soft and caramelized.

Remove the garlic from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a mixing bowl.

Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to the bowl.

Mix until smooth and well combined.

Chop fresh parsley and fold it into the dip.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.
