Place steak on the grill or under the broiler.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, until an internal temperature of 130°F is reached.
Remove steak from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Slice steak against the grain into thin strips.
Serve with your choice of sides.
