2 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
0.5 tablespoons black pepper
0.5 tablespoons salt
3 lemons
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
6-7 minced garlic cloves
1 minced Serrano pepper (optional)
3 Chile de árbol (broken down, seeds removed, optional)

Season the shrimp with the juice of three lemons, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the shrimp and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, add olive oil and butter.

Once the butter is dissolved, add the marinated shrimp.

Let the shrimp simmer until it turns slightly pink.

Add minced garlic and both types of peppers to the shrimp.

Mix everything in and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add parsley and stir it in until well mixed.

Turn off the burner and cover the saucepan until ready to serve.
