Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a boat shape, pinching the ends to seal.
Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and make a small well in the center of the cheese filling.
Crack an egg into the well and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the egg white is set.
Brush the crust with melted butter before serving.
