Add the yeast mixture, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 0.25 teaspoons of salt, and 2 tablespoons of softened butter to the flour mixture.

Transfer the dough onto a countertop and gather any excess flour from the bowl.

Flatten the dough; no rising time is needed.

Remove the hotdogs from boiling water.
