Cut hot dogs in half.

Take puff pastry out of the freezer to defrost for a few minutes.

Cut puff pastry into pieces that are slightly smaller than the hot dogs.

Wrap each hot dog with a piece of puff pastry, leaving some sausage hanging out.

Seal the ends of the puff pastry with egg wash.

Add ketchup and/or mustard inside the puff pastry before sealing.

Score the top of the puff pastry for decoration and to prevent explosions.

Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Egg wash the tops of the wrapped hot dogs.

Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
