1 coconut
2 cups hot water
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
sweetened condensed milk to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla
sugar to taste
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons milk for cornstarch

Prepare a coconut by peeling, washing, and cutting it.

Extract coconut milk by blending the coconut with 2 cups of hot water for 1 minute and then straining it.

In a pot, combine the coconut milk with 1 cup of evaporated milk, 1/2 cup of whole milk, sweetened condensed milk to taste, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, sugar to taste, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 cinnamon stick, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Cook the mixture on medium-low heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

After 2 minutes of cooking, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of milk and continue stirring.

Remove the pot from heat and take out the cinnamon stick, then let the mixture cool.

Use a container to pour the mixture into ice pop molds, filling them a little more than halfway.

Seal the molds well and place them in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours.
