Coconut oil provides a dairy-free option.
Add 2 cups of milk, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
In another bowl, add 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour and sugar, then whisk until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Transfer your batter to a pancake batter dispenser and set it aside.
Add the remaining 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of butter to your pan and heat over medium heat.
Once the pan is hot, add your batter.
Continue cooking your pancakes until the surface is completely covered with bubbles.
Flip your pancake and allow it to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
