Before peeling, place water in a pot and turn on the stove to boil.
Add salt to the boiling water before cooking the yam.
Blend the chopped vegetables (garlic, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes) after preparing them.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan for 1-2 minutes.
Add the blended vegetables to the hot oil and stir.
Add 1 cooking cube, 2.5 teaspoons boiling seasoning, and 1 teaspoon black pepper to the gravy.
Cover and let the gravy cook for a minute.
Check the yam for doneness by piercing it with a fork; it should be tender.
Keep the yam in hot water to prevent it from getting cold.
Add 2 tablespoons of hot pepper to the gravy (optional).
Add eggs directly to the gravy without blending, allowing them to cook for 1-2 minutes.
Mix the gravy to combine the eggs and vegetables before plating.
