Add rolled oats into the jar.

Add 1/4 cup of 2% plain unsweetened Greek yogurt.
Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
Sprinkle in about 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Add a few drops of stevia (or maple syrup or honey).
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined, ensuring the peanut butter is spread throughout.
Add 1 tablespoon of all natural peanut butter to the mixture.
Chop fresh strawberries and fold them into the jar.
Seal the mason jar with a lid and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
Once ready, check the consistency; it should be thick and creamy like pudding.
You can enjoy the oats cold straight from the fridge or top with extra strawberries and a dollop of peanut butter before serving.
