Add 1 litre of cold water to a pitcher.

Add 5 green tea bags to the cold water.

Peel the zest from 1 lemon using a speed peeler, avoiding the pith.

Stir the mixture and place it in the fridge for 6 to 12 hours to cold brew.

For the Earl Grey tea, add 1 litre of cold water and 5 Earl Grey tea bags to a pitcher.

Add 3 sprigs of mint, bruising the leaves to release oils.

Peel the zest from 1 orange and add it to the mixture.

Stir and place in the fridge for 6 to 12 hours to cold brew.

For the Redbush tea, add 5 Redbush tea bags to 1 litre of hot water from the kettle.

Let it brew for 5 to 8 minutes, then remove the tea bags and let cool to room temperature.

In a serving jug, fill with ice cubes.
