Heat 1.5 cups of vegetable oil in a deep fryer.
Add the cut okra to the hot oil and fry for 7 minutes, then check and fry for an additional 5 minutes.
Blend onion and habanero pepper together.
In a pot, add the chicken feet, chicken gizzard, and dry turkey with water and seasonings (adobo, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt) and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Once the meat is cooked, add the blended pepper mixture and tomato paste to the pot and fry for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked meat and its liquid to the fried okra, stir in the fried fish, and let cook for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
