Peel, break, and mash 3 very ripe bananas in a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar to the mashed bananas.
Incorporate 1/2 cup of dairy-free, sugar-free, and unsweetened yogurt into the mixture and mix well until creamy.
Add 2 tablespoons each of chia seeds and flax seeds to the mixture for added nutrition and creaminess.
Pour in 2 cups of your favorite plant-based milk and mix everything together until well combined.
Add oats (either whole or quick) to the mixture, adjusting the amount based on desired thickness.
If a thicker consistency is desired, add an additional 1/2 cup of oats and mix until creamy.
Once everything is well incorporated, cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate until the next day, or for at least a couple of hours.
After refrigeration, the mixture will thicken up; stir before serving.
Top with your choice of fruit, chocolate chips, or drizzled peanut butter before enjoying.
