2 tbsp miso paste dissolved in hot water
2 tbsp soy sauce
400 ml soy milk
1 tsp dashi powder
100 white beech mushroom
1 boiled egg
Spring Onions for garnish
Toasted Garlic for garnish

Cook the fresh noodles according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic and sliced onion until fragrant.
