In a saucepan, add 3-4 liters of water and 2 chicken legs, cook until tender over low heat.

Chop 1 onion and fry in a pan with 20 ml of vegetable oil.

Grate 1 carrot and cut 1 bell pepper into cubes, then add grated carrots and bell pepper to the onion and fry.

Remove the chicken legs from the broth and let them cool.

Cut 4-5 potatoes and pour them into the broth.

Separate the meat from the bone and divide it into small pieces, then add the meat to the broth.

Make a dressing with 1 yolk, 2 tbsp of flour, 3 tbsp of kefir, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice, stir well.
