80 g mixed nuts (almonds and walnuts)
80 g sunflower seeds
40 g pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
40 g desiccated coconut
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
35 g coconut oil
35 ml maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
cacao nibs (optional)
goji berries (optional)

Get a food processor ready.

Add 80 g of mixed nuts (almonds and walnuts) to the food processor.

Add 80 g of sunflower seeds to the food processor.

Add 40 g of pumpkin seeds to the food processor.

Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to the food processor.

Add 40 g of desiccated coconut to the food processor.

Put the lid on and blend until the mixture is broken up but still has some texture.

Add a good pinch of salt and a good pinch of cinnamon to the mixture.

Pour the mixture out into a bowl to see it clearly.

Heat a pan on high heat.

Add 35 g of coconut oil to the pan.

Add 35 ml of maple syrup to the pan.

Mix the nuts and seeds in the pan to coat them with coconut oil and maple syrup.

Continue to stir until the mixture starts to brown and caramelize, about 2 minutes and 51 seconds in.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the mixture.

Stir continuously until the granola is golden brown and aromatic, adjusting the heat as necessary.

If desired, add cacao nibs and goji berries for extra texture and color before serving.
