Add 8 Chile shiltepin, 1 garlic clove, 1 serrano pepper, 1/8 teaspoon cilantro bolita, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons hugamagi, and some pepper to a molcajete.

Mash the ingredients in the molcajete until well combined.

Add the juice of 10 limes to the mixture and mix until well combined.

Clean and devein 1 pound of small shrimp and leave them in cold water for about 20 minutes.

Add the shrimp to the lime juice mixture, ensuring they are well covered, and let them sit for about 10 minutes or until they change color.

After 10 minutes, the shrimp should have a pinkish color. Add 1/2 small red onion and some salt, and mix well.

Add salsa Negra to the shrimp mixture and mix again.

Add 1/2 cucumber to the mixture and mix everything together.

Garnish with avocado and additional salsa Negra if desired. Optionally, add Clamato.
