In a separate bowl, dissolve 5 grams of dry yeast in 250 grams of warm water (between 35 to 40 degrees Celsius).

Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients slowly, mixing with chopsticks to allow the flour to absorb the liquid.

Once combined, use your hands to knead the dough until it starts to come together, about 3 minutes.

Cover the dough with a lid or damp cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
