Blend until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
Repeat with the remaining mixture to form more balls.
Place a saucepan with about 1 cup of water on low to medium heat.
Place a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan and add 50 g of chopped dark chocolate.
Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted.
Turn off the heat and let the chocolate cool slightly.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Transfer the coated balls to a tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle some chopped walnuts and pistachios on top of the chocolate-coated balls.
Keep the balls in the fridge to chill for an hour or until the chocolate is fully set.
