In a large bowl, add 200 mL of lukewarm water.

Mix all ingredients together until combined.

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Grease a 1-pound loaf tin with about 1 tablespoon of oil.

Stretch and fold the dough over itself several times, then place it in the greased tin.

Proof the dough in the air fryer at 49 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

After the first proof, drizzle 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil over the dough and sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt and peppers.

Wet your hands to prevent sticking and gently knock back the dough.

Proof the dough again in the air fryer for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer and bake the focaccia at 70 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
