Whole wheat flour adds more nutrients.

Avocado oil is healthier, while vegetable oil is more budget-friendly.
Mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of hard wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until evenly distributed.
Add 2 cups of warm water and mix with a spatula until the dough is wet and sticky.
Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Gently stretch the dough with a spatula until it becomes slightly taut.
Cover the dough and let it rise for one hour.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the dough and your hands.
Stretch and fold the dough as shown in the video.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the baking dish.
Transfer the dough to the baking dish.
Fold the dough again as shown in the video.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 40-50 minutes at room temperature.
Drizzle a little olive oil and shape the focaccia with your hands.
Optionally sprinkle some oregano and spread a few chopped olives evenly over the surface of the bread.
Bake the focaccia at 392°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
