Onion 1 medium
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs

Potatoes boiled 3 large
Onion chopped ½ Cup
Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Shredded Coconut 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 5-6
Bread slices 2-3 large
Mozzarella cheese 100g
Cheddar cheese 100g
Eggs 2 whisked
Cooking oil for frying

In a pot, submerge the beef and the rest of the ingredients in water.

Add cinnamon, bay leaf, and cardamom in a strainer.

Cover & cook on low flame for about 40-45 minutes or until meat is tender & water dries up.

Remove the strainer and shred beef with a fork.

In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash, as well as other ingredients shown in the video.

Soak bread slices in water & squeeze out excess water.

Add shredded beef mixture and fresh coriander, bread & mix until well combined.

Grate mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Take a small quantity of kabab mixture spread on your palm.

Add a small ball of cheese and seal it properly to make a kabab of equal sizes.

Coat kabab in whisked eggs and fry on low heat till both sides are golden brown.
