4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.

Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
