Add 2 whole eggs to help bind the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, dried basil, and black pepper to the mixture.

Incorporate garlic sauce to taste.

Add less than 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to firm up the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.

Shape the mixture into a patty and make a hole in the center.

Prepare a mustard sauce with 2 cups of cream and 1 cup of milk.

Add 3 tablespoons of mustard to the cream and milk mixture.

Incorporate black pepper and let the sauce reduce and thicken with cornstarch dissolved in a bit of milk.
