1.5 kilograms beef innards (beef wipe, liver, heart, etc)
cooking oil
beef fat
5 cloves garlic
1 thumbsize ginger
1 medium size onion
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tbsp vinegar
2-3 Tbsp tomato paste
5-6 Tbsp tomato sauce
240 ml pineapple juice (1 can)
1.5 cup water
1 can garbanzos
salt / fish sauce (according to taste)

Cut beef innards into medium sizes.

Heat cooking oil and beef fat in a pot.

Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped onion; sauté until fragrant.

Add the beef innards and cook until browned.

Season with ground black pepper and salt.

Stir in vinegar, tomato paste, and tomato sauce.

Pour in pineapple juice and water; bring to a boil.

Add garbanzos and simmer until cooked through.

Adjust seasoning with salt or fish sauce according to taste.
