3 litros de Agua
2 cebolla junca, larga o de verdeo
250 gr Arvejas secas
340 gr Yuca
350 gr papas o patatas
280 gr ahuyama o calabaza
260 gr Zanahorias
Cilantro al gusto
1 diente de Ajo
1 Tomate
