Prepare the Rohu fish by cleaning and cutting it into pieces.

In a bowl, mix the fish pieces with salt, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for a while.

In a pan, heat cooking oil and add cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, chopped garlic, and chopped ginger. Sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped onion and green chilies, and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in crushed coriander seeds, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander seeds powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add gram flour and corn flour to the mixture and combine thoroughly.

Incorporate chopped coriander leaves and mix again.

Shape the mixture into kababs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs until golden brown on both sides.
