Slice jalapeno in half and take out all the seeds inside
Stuff cream cheese and spicy tuna inside the jalapeno
Gently cover the stuffed jalapeno with fry mix and then cover it with the batter
Fry them until golden
Cut fried jalapeno diagonally
Neatly place them on a plate
Drizzle spicy mayo and eel sauce on top
Cut chicken thighs and chicken breasts into bite-size
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sambal, garlic, ginger, pepper to sliced chickens and rest for 30 minutes
Add starch to the chicken
Heat the oil to 350F and fry them and let it cool
Fry it once more for extra crispiness
Add chopped cabbage on a plate with its dressing and the delicious Chicken Karaage
Cut the cucumber in half
Skin the cucumber around the core
Cut out 2 pieces of tuna, salmon, and albacore
Place them into the cucumber with the crab meat and radish sprout
Roll the cucumber up
Slice each roll into three pieces
Neatly place them on a plate
Drizzle the mustard sauce on top
Slice mango into smaller pieces
Cut out salmon into 6 pieces
Cut crab meat in half
Place crab meat, sliced mango and radish sprout on top of salmon
Gently roll the salmon
Neatly place them on a plate
Drizzle the spicy mayo on top
