2 tablespoons oil (from fried onion)
4 tablespoons capsicum (chopped)
4 tablespoons tomato (chopped)
4 tablespoons onion (chopped)

In a bowl, add 2 green chilies and chopped cilantro.

Add 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste and 1 medium-sized fried onion to the bowl.

Squeeze in the juice of 1 large lemon or add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Add 500 grams of chicken and mix everything well for 2-3 minutes until combined.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add spices: 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Add 3 tablespoons of roasted chickpea flour and 2 tablespoons of oil from the fried onion to the mixture.

Mix everything thoroughly by hand and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Chop 4 tablespoons of capsicum, 4 tablespoons of tomato, and 4 tablespoons of onion finely and add to the mixture.

Gently mix the vegetables into the chicken mixture without crushing them.

Shape the mixture into kababs and set aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan over low-medium heat.

Fry the kababs in batches until golden brown on all sides, approximately 4-5 minutes each.
