1 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 cups water
1.5 cups red beans
2 cups rice

Cut the turkey sausage link into quarters.

Add a little bit of oil to a large pot and add the turkey sausage.
