Instructions
- 1Slice the multigrain bagels in half.
- 2Toast the bagel halves until golden brown.
- 3Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on each toasted bagel half.
- 4Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
- 5Arrange the banana slices evenly over the peanut butter.
- 6Sprinkle chocolate chips over the banana slices.
- 7Drizzle honey over the top for added sweetness.
- 8Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
- 9Melt butter in a small pan over low heat.
- 10Brush the melted butter on the outer sides of the bagel halves.
- 11Return the bagels to the skillet and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.

- 2In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt together.
- 3Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- 4Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- 5Incorporate the raisins into the dough and knead for another minute.
- 6Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 7Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 8Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a bagel by forming a ring.
- 9Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
- 10Using your finger, create a hole in the center of each bagel and fill it with raspberry jam.
- 11Brush the tops of the bagels with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- 12Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
