4 vine tomatoes chopped
2 garden cucumbers skin on or partially peeled, chopped
1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
2 medium-ripe avocados peeled, pitted and chopped
1 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon lemon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
