In a bowl, add 4 large eggs.

Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to the eggs.

Add a pinch of nutmeg (optional) to the mixture.

Whisk the eggs and other ingredients extremely well until smooth and no white chunks remain.

Add 1/2 cup sugar to the egg mixture for sweetness.

If using frozen corn, run it under hot water for 30 seconds to a minute and drain. If using canned corn, drain it well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 13x9 casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
