1 chicken, skin off, divided into quarters: breast and wing, leg and thigh
1 onion, quartered
Garlic cloves, skin on
Potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
6-8 tablespoons of olive oil or canola oil
40 g of butter
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of All Spices
1 teaspoon of Paprika
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1-2 teaspoon of sumac
200ml of chicken broth or water
Salt and pepper to taste
Roasted pine nuts to garnish
Fresh mint, roughly chopped to garnish
