Melt 3 sticks of butter in a copper skillet.

Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce; mix well.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of oregano; mix well.

Let the butter sauce simmer for 25 to 30 minutes until spices are dissolved.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the sauce, discarding seeds.

Add jumbo shrimp to the sauce and stir to coat.

Cook shrimp for 4 to 5 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
