2 Andouille sausages-thick sliced
2 Ears corn fresh or frozen-cut in half
4 Baby potatoes
1 1/2-2 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp cayenne pepper or paprika if you don't like it so hot
2 tbsp Chicken bouillon
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 heads garlic-chopped
1 stick butter
3/4 cup water or olive oil

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.

Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.

Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped green onions and parsley.
