Prepare 2 packs of instant noodles and place them into a large bowl.

Add 1 spoon of salt to the noodles.

Pour in cold water and soak for about 1 hour.

While waiting, prepare 1 cabbage by cutting off the root and slicing it in half, then cut it into thick shreds.

Place the shredded cabbage into a bowl and add 1 spoon of salt.

Pour enough water to fully cover the cabbage and soak for about 20 minutes to remove dirt and dust.

Prepare some garlic by slicing it thin or mincing it finely and place it into a bowl.

Chop 1 red chili into small pieces and put it into a separate bowl.
