Marry Me Chicken Gnocchi

1 1/2 lb potato gnocchi
2 tbsp olive oil
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
1/2 Tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup onions chopped
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes chopped
10g fresh basil
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup water (optional or use according to preference)
Herbs de Provence
Red pepper flakes
salt and black pepper to taste

Heat olive oil and unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add the cubed chicken breasts and cook until browned.

Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, chopped onions, and finely chopped garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.

Add tomato paste and chopped sundried tomatoes; mix well.

Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer.

Stir in heavy cream and adjust consistency with water if desired.

Add fresh basil, Herbs de Provence, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper; mix thoroughly.
