1/2 rubber paint palm fruit
1 kg goat meat or beef
1 big size smoked fish
2 medium sizes cowskin (kpomo)
1 medium size onion
5 pieces hot pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 satchet all purpose spice
3 cubes Maggie seasoning
4 tablespoons ground crayfish
1 cup meat stock
a handful scent leaf
a handful pumpkin leaf
salt to taste

Prepare the palm fruit by boiling it until soft, then extract the juice.

In a pot, add the goat meat or beef and cowskin, and season with onion, hot pepper, black pepper, all purpose spice, Maggie seasoning, and salt.

Add the meat stock and cook until the meat is tender.

Once the meat is cooked, add the extracted palm fruit juice and smoked fish to the pot.

Stir in the ground crayfish, scent leaf, and pumpkin leaf, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
