1 lb chicken breast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup red onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 cups steamed rice

Thinly slice the chicken breast and transfer into a plate.

Add salt, white pepper, oyster sauce, and the soy sauce. Mix in 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce with 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce.

Return chicken and add the sauce. After remixing, simmer until the sauce is well thickened.
