Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place bacon on an aluminum lined pan and bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
Blot the cooked bacon with a paper towel.
Crack one egg into a bowl and whisk it.
Spray a frying pan with non-stick cooking oil and heat to medium.
Pour the whisked egg into the pan and shape it into a bagel shape.
Add about a teaspoon of water to the egg and cover with a lid for 30 seconds.
Remove the egg from the pan once cooked.
Toast your favorite bagel until golden brown.
Butter the toasted bagel if desired.
Layer American cheese on the bagel, followed by the shaped egg and crispy bacon.
Top with the other half of the bagel and serve.
