2 cups cornflakes
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanut butter

Toast 2 cups rolled oats in a pan for 5 minutes until light.

Crush 1 cup cornflakes into smaller pieces.

Measure out 1/2 cup chocolate chips and set aside.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup honey.

Add 1/2 cup unsalted butter to the sugar and honey mixture and melt in the microwave.

Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the melted mixture.

Add 1 cup peanut butter to the mixture and mix thoroughly until combined.
