1 lb cow skin
4 oz dry fish
8 oz snails
2 tablespoons crayfish
2 cups spinach
2 cups waterleaf
2 cups eru leaves
1 cup red palm oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 seasoning cubes

Boil beef and cow skin for about 15-20 minutes.
