1 lb smoked beef
1 lb cow skin
4 oz smoked fish
2 cups water leaf
3 cups eru leaves
2 tablespoons crayfish
1 cup palm oil

Wash and slice the smoked beef and cow skin to desired sizes.

Boil the smoked beef for about 45 minutes.

Add the cow skin and continue boiling for another 30 to 45 minutes.

If the water is almost dried, add in some water to tenderize the beef and cow skin.

After about an hour, add the smoked fish and cook together for about 30 minutes.
