Take a bowl and add 500 grams of basmati rice. Clean it with water 3-4 times.

After cleaning, soak the rice in fresh water for at least half an hour.

In a pot, add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it slightly.

Add 3 chopped onions and some chopped garlic to the pot. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the color changes slightly.

Add 1 kg of chicken cut into pieces and 2-3 chopped potatoes. Also, add 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.

Season with salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, and 1 teaspoon of coriander powder. Mix well.

Cover and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is well mixed with the spices and the smell is gone.

Add water to the pot to cook the chicken and potatoes. Cover and cook on low flame until the chicken is tender.

After the chicken is tender, add 2 teaspoons of Arabic spice powder, 1 teaspoon of black lemon powder, and some fresh chopped coriander. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.

In another pot, add water, cardamom, and cinnamon for boiling.

Once the water boils, add salt to taste and the soaked rice. Cook the rice until it's 70% done.

After cooking, let the rice stand. Then, add the rice back to the pot for steaming.

Add rose water and saffron for color, and a bit of butter for flavor. Cover and cook on low flame for at least half an hour.

Once done, serve the rice on a plate and add the prepared chicken on top. Garnish with grilled vegetables.
